  • Learning ability: I am curious and eager to learn new things. I have no problem learning new software or understanding complex topics.

  • Facilitation: With years of experience in leading and facilitating various projects, I have honed my ability to guide teams through complex challenges. My facilitation style emphasizes inclusivity, creativity, and clear communication, ensuring that all voices are heard and objectives are efficiently achieved.

Thus, design work often follows an iterative approach.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish. Moderate proficiency in Swedish.
  • Storytelling: Crafting narratives that engage and inspire stakeholders, conveying the value and impact of service design solutions.

  • Visual Communication: Creating supporting visual elements, such as charts, infographics, sketches, illustrations, and prototypes, to complement messages. In addition to individual elements, I shape comprehensive visual compositions that support the message.

  • Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts and addressing disagreements constructively to maintain positive relationships and keep projects on track.

  • Empathy: By comprehending users’ perspectives, needs, and emotions in service design, I aim to create solutions that resonate with them. Additionally, I easily connect with diverse individuals, believing that a positive, humble, and solution-oriented approach fosters learning and growth.

SOFTWARE SKILLS
  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop and Illustrator programs are used daily. I often use Premiere, Adobe XD and Firefly software as well.
  • Microsoft 365 software suite: Especially skilled in designing PowerPoint themes.
  • Wordpress: I have designed and built several websites and online stores. I also use HTML5/CSS/PHP web platforms for design.

  • Yoast SEO: I use it for search engine optimization for websites.

  • Figma: I use it extensively for interface design, user experience design, and creating prototypes.

  • Miro, Mural and Jamboard: I use them for design, team collaboration, workshops and project management.

  • Meta: I have trained several companies and students on the use of Meta and building campaigns supported by algorithms
